Terms of Service

Effective date: May 15, 2026 · Last updated: May 15, 2026

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Form to CMS product at formtocms.app. The AVSaaS company-wide Terms of Service also apply and govern any areas not specifically addressed here. By creating a Form to CMS account or connecting a Webflow workspace, you agree to both documents.

1. The Service

Form to CMS intercepts form submissions from your configured forms, maps field data according to your field mapping configuration, and writes new items to your Webflow CMS collections. The service does not guarantee delivery of every submission — it uses commercially reasonable efforts to route and log each submission and provides a submission log for you to monitor success and failure.

2. Webflow Connection

You authorize Form to CMS to connect to your Webflow workspace via OAuth. You represent that you have workspace-level access to the Webflow workspace you connect and the authority to grant this access. Form to CMS will write new CMS items and read CMS collection schemas. You may revoke Form to CMS's access at any time through Webflow's connected apps settings or through your Form to CMS dashboard.

3. Submission Routing

Form to CMS routes submissions based on your field mapping configuration. You are responsible for ensuring your field mapping accurately reflects your intended CMS structure. AVSaaS is not liable for CMS items created from incorrect field mappings, for submissions rejected due to allow-list configuration you have set, or for failures resulting from Webflow API errors or rate limits beyond our control.

4. Webhook Secrets

Each form you create generates a one-time HMAC webhook secret shown once at creation. You are responsible for storing this secret securely. AVSaaS does not retain recoverable copies of webhook secrets after creation. If you lose the secret, you must create a new form. You are solely responsible for securing your webhook secret and for any submissions that pass signature verification using your secret.

5. Free Tier Submission Limit

The Free plan allows 50 successful submissions per calendar month. Submissions in excess of this limit are rejected with an appropriate error response. Failed submissions (invalid signature, rejected origin, Webflow API error) do not count toward the limit. AVSaaS reserves the right to adjust tier limits with 30 days' notice.

6. Subscription and Cancellation

The Standard plan is billed monthly. Cancel any time — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. On downgrade from Standard to Free, submission routing continues at Free tier limits from the next billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

7. Limitation of Liability

AVSaaS is not liable for losses resulting from failed or delayed submission routing, incorrect CMS items created from your field mappings, Webflow API changes, or data loss in Webflow's systems. Our total liability for any Form to CMS-related claim is limited to the fees you paid for Form to CMS in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Changes to the Service

We may modify, deprecate, or discontinue any feature of Form to CMS. For changes that materially reduce functionality, we will provide 60 days' notice. For discontinuation of the entire service, we will provide 90 days' notice and ensure you can export all your configuration data before shutdown.
