To help us respond faster, include the email address on your Form to CMS account and, if your question is about a specific form, the form's display name and form ID slug as they appear in your dashboard. Never send us passwords, OAuth tokens, or webhook secrets — Form to CMS never needs them after account setup, and we will never ask for them.
Free vs. Standard support
Both plans are supported by email. As described on our pricing section, the Free plan includes community support and Standard includes priority email support.
