Email Consent · Form to CMS

Email opt-in

Last updated: May 15, 2026

This page explains, in plain language, what you are agreeing to when you give Form to CMS your email address — whether by joining the waitlist or creating an account. It is consistent with, and governed by, our Privacy Policy.

What you're opting in to

When you provide your email address to Form to CMS, you are consenting to receive:

  • Account and service notices. Essential messages about your account — sign-in confirmation (magic link), billing notices, and material changes to the service or to these terms.
  • Waitlist updates. If you joined the waitlist, a message when a Webflow routing slot becomes available, and occasional updates on availability.
  • Submission routing alerts. If you configure email as a notification channel in your Form to CMS account, alerts when submissions fail or when your monthly free-tier limit is approaching.

What we won't do

We do not use your email address for marketing. Your email address is stored encrypted and used only to deliver the messages described above. We do not sell or rent your email address.

How your email is stored

Your email address is stored encrypted and used only to deliver the messages described above. Form to CMS does not read email addresses from your Webflow workspace or from your form submissions — it processes form fields, not email addresses. See the Privacy Policy for detail.

Changing your mind

Consent is not permanent. You can withdraw it at any time — see the opt-out page for how to unsubscribe and what stops. Withdrawing consent for service notices means you will not receive essential account messages; we recommend updating your notification preferences rather than opting out entirely.
