Email opt-out
Last updated: May 15, 2026
You can withdraw your consent to receive Form to CMS emails at any time. This page explains how to unsubscribe, what stops, and what continues. It is consistent with our Privacy Policy and the email opt-in page.
How to unsubscribe
- Use the unsubscribe link. Every non-essential Form to CMS email includes an unsubscribe link in its footer. Clicking it stops that category of email.
- Update your notification preferences in your dashboard. In your Form to CMS account settings, you can disable email notifications or opt out of individual categories without cancelling your account.
- Email us. Send a message to [email protected] from the address you want unsubscribed, and we will remove it. For general help, [email protected] works too.
What stops
When you opt out, Form to CMS stops sending you waitlist updates and optional notification emails.
One thing to know first
If you opt out of all emails, Form to CMS can no longer send you submission failure alerts or monthly limit warnings. You can still check your submission log and account status any time from your dashboard — but you will not be notified proactively by email. If you want to reduce email volume, consider adjusting your notification preferences rather than opting out entirely.
What continues
Even after you opt out of optional emails, we may still send essential account and service notices — for example, magic link sign-in emails, billing messages, or a notice that we are materially changing the service or these terms. These are not marketing and are required to operate your account.
Deleting your data
Unsubscribing stops emails; it does not delete your account. If you want your data removed, disconnect your Webflow workspace or cancel your account — your submission logs are retained for 30 days and then deleted, and your field mapping configurations are deleted immediately. Full detail is in Retention and Deletion in the Privacy Policy.
